Office of Production, Registration of African Art Documents and Collector Card Creation"
Created by Decree N ° 2001/048 of February 23rd, 2001, and modified by the Decree N ° 2012076 of March 08th, 2012 modifying and completing some provisions of the Decree N ° 2001/048 of February 23rd, 2001 relating Creation, organization and Functioning of the OPEDAA-CCC is responsible for the Production, Registration of African Art Documents and Collector Card Creation. It is an institution that is internationally sworn and has legal personality and semi autonomy financial institution under the supervision of MINAT, MINFI and international organizations (ACCORD MONDIAL). Its headquarters is in Yaoundé. The system of Production, Registration of African Art Documents and Collection of Collector's Card is ensured by the OPEDAA-CCC and its supervisory ministries acting through the Committees of Production, Registration of Art Documents African and Collector Card Making.
We are responsible :
- to produce documents related to all collections of African artwork
- to record all African artwork documents in the national and international server
- to make the different national and international collector's cards
- to keep and update the file of all collectors
- to requisition the collections and put them on sale for the benefit of the village communities
- to establish cooperative relations with national and international organizations and between different museums and collectors
